组蛋白H3K4甲基转移酶活性/抑制分析试剂盒(比色法)是一套方便的工具,允许实验者测量特异性靶向组蛋白H3赖氨酸4 (H3- k4)的单个组蛋白甲基转移酶的活性或抑制。 该试剂盒可随时使用,并提供进行成功的HMT活性/抑制实验所需的所有必要成分,而不需要放射性或任何特殊设备。  

组蛋白H3K4甲基转移酶活性/抑制分析试剂盒(比色法)是专为测量组蛋白H3在赖氨酸4的HMT而设计的。 在使用该试剂盒的试验中,组蛋白底物被稳定地捕获在条带孔上。 HMT酶将一个甲基从Adomet转移到组蛋白H3底物,使底物在赖氨酸4处甲基化。 甲基化组蛋白H3-K4可被高亲和力抗体识别。 甲基化H3-K4的比例或数量与酶活性成正比,可以通过HRP共轭的二级抗体显色系统进行定量。 然后根据HMT转化H3-K4的甲基化量计算HMT活性。
