(亚)硝酸盐分析试剂盒(比色法)提供了一种准确而方便的方法,利用硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐标准物质,通过简单的两步法即可测定硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的总浓度和单个浓度。第一步是利用硝酸还原酶将硝酸盐转化为亚硝酸盐。第二步是加入格里斯试剂,将亚硝酸盐转化为深紫色的偶氮化合物(见图 2)。1 通过对偶氮发色团的吸光度进行光度测量,可准确测定二氧化氮的浓度。本试剂盒可用于检测血浆/血清、尿液、组织培养基和组织匀浆中的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐。但是,它不能用于分析添加了过量 NADPH 的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)体外检测中的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐。对于这些检测,可使用第二种方法(LDH 法),我们也提供 96 孔板规格的 LDH 法(型号:760871)。
