趋化因子（C-X-C图案）配体3（CXCL3），又称GRO蛋白γ（GROg）和巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-2-β（MIP2b），是属于CXC趋化因子家族的一种小型细胞因子。它被映射到14p2。CXCL3控制单核细胞的迁移和粘附，并通过与细胞表面的趋化因子受体相互作用来介导其对靶细胞的影响。研究表明，在小脑的形态发生过程中，CXCL3能自主地调节小脑颗粒神经元前体向小脑内层的迁移。CXCL3还在发育和平衡中发挥基本作用，它对中枢神经系统的细胞以及参与血管生成或血管稳定的内皮细胞有影响。
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 0.1-0.5ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recombinant protein corresponding to S32--S100 of mouse GRO gamma, expressed in E. coli.|Species sequence homology: human (60.6%) and rat (90.6%)
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 5mg BSA, 0.9mg sodium chloride, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg sodium azide. Reconstitute with 200ul sterile dH2O to ~0.5mg/ml.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
