    图 1. 用 RhoA G-LISA激活检测试剂盒(比色法)BK124 测量钙泊蛋白对 RhoA 的激活作用。瑞士 3T3(小鼠)细胞血清饥饿 24 小时,然后用钙蛋白肽(Cal;0.1 毫克/毫升,30 分钟)或仅用 DMSO 载体(SS)处理。对 10 µg 细胞裂解液进行 G-LISA™ 检测。在 490 纳米波长处读取吸光度。

    图 2. 使用RhoA G-LISA激活检测试剂盒(比色法)(Cat.# BK124)测量经细胞渗透性 Rho 抑制剂(CT04)处理的瑞士 3T3 细胞的 Rho 活性。血清饥饿的瑞士 3T3 成纤维细胞未经处理(无 CT04),或在 37°C 无血清培养基中用 0.20、0.50 和 2.0 µg/ml CT04 处理 4 小时,然后用 100µg/ml 卡尔蛋白酶活化 10 分钟。 然后裂解细胞,用 RhoA G-LISA激活检测试剂盒(比色法)(Cat.# BK124)检测 RhoA 活性。 注:2.0 µg/ml CT04 作用 4 小时后,RhoA 活性几乎完全(90%)被抑制。
