人核因子κB受体激活剂（RANK），也称为TRANCE受体和TNFRSF11A（基因库登录号NM_003839），其氨基酸30-212在C端与人IgG1的Fc部分融合，且C端带有Avi标签，通过HEK293细胞表达系统表达。分子量=49 kDa。由于糖基化作用，该蛋白在SDS-PAGE中显示出更高的分子量。

Storage/Stability
At least 6 months at –80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥ 100 µg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.
Instructions for Use
Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Applications
Useful for studying protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies.
