佛波醇-12-肉豆蔻酸酯-13-乙酸酯(PMA),也称为12-O-十四烷酰佛波醇-13-乙酸酯(TPA),是一种佛波酯和蛋白激酶C(PKC)激活剂。1、2、3、4、5 它可激活PKC亚型PKCα、-β、-γ、-δ、-ε、-η和-θ,但不能激活PKCζ或-ι/λ。2 在报告基因检测中,PMA(1-10 ng/ml)可诱导NF-κB依赖性基因表达。3 在体外,它可促进THP-1单核细胞分化为促炎性巨噬细胞,并诱导中性粒细胞胞外陷阱(NETs)的形成。4、5 在大鼠两阶段皮肤癌发生模型中,PMA与7,12-二甲基苯并[a]蒽(DMBA;产品编号30383)联合使用可促进乳头状瘤的形成。6
