PROTAC优化布罗莫结构域BET结合检测试剂盒旨在测试和分析针对BET溴结构域家族和脑衰蛋白复合物的PROTACs®。脑衰蛋白（CRBN）是DCX（DDB1-CUL44-Rbx1）E3蛋白连接酶复合物的底物识别组件，该复合物介导靶蛋白的泛素化及随后的蛋白酶体降解。
使用该试剂盒，在微量滴定板上仅需三个简单步骤即可检测PROTAC®的活性。首先，将含有PROTAC®的样品与CRBN和BET溴结构域之一的BRD3（BD2）一起孵育。接下来，加入 acceptor 珠，然后加入 donor 珠，之后读取Alpha计数。
