  • 我们的GPX检测通过与谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的偶联反应间接测量GPX活性。GPX还原氢过氧化物时产生的氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG),会在GR和NADPH的作用下循环回到还原状态。NADPH氧化为NADP+时,在340nm处的吸光度会下降。在GPX活性为限速因素的条件下,A340的下降速率与样品中的GPX活性直接成正比。1 我们的GPX检测试剂盒可用于测量血浆、红细胞裂解物、组织匀浆和细胞裂解物中所有谷胱甘肽依赖性过氧化物酶的活性。
