腺相关病毒(AAV)qPCR滴度检测试剂盒是一款通过 qPCR（定量聚合酶链式反应）用于测定携带 AAV2 ITR（反向末端重复序列）的颗粒的 AAV（腺相关病毒）滴度的试剂盒。该试剂盒采用简化的单步流程，无需消化步骤。其设计具备高灵敏度和高特异性，可最大限度减少非特异性背景，性能优于同类试剂盒。该试剂盒包含可进行 100 次反应的试剂，配备独立的 ROX（羧基罗丹明）——一种用于信号归一化的被动荧光参比染料，以及作为 qPCR 标准品的 AAV 参考物质，可实现精准定量。
该产品已针对多种血清型、纯化状态和包裹的转基因的不同腺相关病毒样本进行了验证，始终展现出高水平的准确性、精密度和稳健性。
