MNK1（丝裂原活化蛋白激酶相互作用激酶1）是丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶家族的成员，在有丝分裂细胞周期进程、细胞信号传导以及炎性趋化因子的产生中发挥作用。它被细胞外信号调节激酶（ERK）或p38激活的丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（MAP激酶）激活。MNK1可磷酸化真核翻译起始因子4E（eIF4E），增强静止细胞的磷酸化水平，并使eIF4E具有致癌性。MNK1的改变已在乳腺癌、黑色素瘤等多种癌症中被发现。其过表达还与神经系统疾病、自闭症以及炎症相关。针对该蛋白开发特异性抑制剂是癌症治疗中极具前景的研究方向。
