TTK（即苏氨酸酪氨酸激酶，也被称为单极纺锤体1激酶MPS-1）是一种双特异性激酶（兼具酪氨酸和丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶活性），它通过调控有丝分裂过程中的纺锤体组装检查点，在细胞分裂周期中发挥重要作用。该激酶的高表达会导致非整倍体肿瘤的形成，并与乳腺癌等癌症的不良预后相关。此外，它还参与了耐药性的形成过程。因此，TTK是癌症治疗的潜在靶点。目前已有多种TTK抑制剂进入临床试验阶段，如BAY 12-17389，但研发更具特异性且毒性更低的化合物的工作仍在继续。
