酪氨酸蛋白激酶ITK/TSK，也被称为Lyk或白介素2诱导性T细胞激酶，是一种在T细胞中表达的胞质酪氨酸激酶。ITK含有SH2和SH3蛋白结合结构域，这使得该激酶可被酪氨酸磷酸化蛋白招募，尤其是在T细胞受体（TCR）激活时。它在TCR信号转导通路中发挥重要作用，最终可激活核因子活化T细胞胞质因子（NFAT）、促进细胞因子分泌以及推动T细胞分化与增殖。
