IRAKs（白介素受体相关激酶）是一类丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶家族，在病原体存在时可诱导保护性急性炎症反应以及适应性免疫应答。它们与免疫细胞中的Toll样受体相关联，并转导细胞内信号级联反应，最终促使参与炎症的基因进行转录。目前已鉴定出四种IRAK样分子：IRAK1、IRAK2、IRAK4和IRAKM。IRAK1和IRAK4为活性激酶，而IRAK2和IRAKM则无活性。这四种激酶均能介导NF-κB（核因子κB）的激活，NF-κB是先天免疫的调节因子，其通过信号通路连接病原体与细胞危险信号，以应对入侵的病原体。IRAKs作为免疫应答介导因子具有重要功能，因此有望成为治疗性靶点。
IRAK1 激酶检测试剂盒采用 ADP-Glo 作为检测试剂，旨在测定 IRAK1 激酶活性，用于筛选和特征分析相关应用。
