NUAK2（NUAK家族SNF1样激酶2），也被称为SNF1/AMP激酶相关激酶（SNARK），是AMP活化蛋白激酶家族的成员。它通过调节F-肌动蛋白向G-肌动蛋白的转化参与细胞间相互作用和细胞运动，有助于神经发育、细胞增殖和凋亡。NUAK2的功能丧失突变可导致无脑儿，这是由于神经管闭合过程中Hippo信号通路对细胞骨架的调控异常所致。NUAK2还与癌症的发生发展相关，在胃癌、宫颈癌和神经胶质瘤中存在过表达现象。在黑色素瘤和宫颈癌细胞中敲低NUAK2，在体外可抑制细胞增殖和迁移。对NUAK2的作用机制及其相互作用蛋白进行更深入的研究，将有助于开发新的癌症治疗策略。
