DNA聚合酶β检测试剂盒是一种荧光检测试剂盒，旨在通过荧光核酸染料GroovyGreen™对双链DNA（dsDNA）产物进行定量分析，从而测定DNA聚合酶β的活性，适用于筛选和分析相关应用。该试剂盒采用便捷的96孔板格式，配备的重组聚合酶β酶、DR底物3、dNTP混合物和缓冲液足够完成100次酶促反应。
DNA聚合酶β利用可用的核苷酸合成与模板链互补的DNA链，形成双链DNA分子（dsDNA）。生成的双链DNA数量与聚合酶活性直接相关，可通过加入能区分双链DNA与单链DNA（ssDNA）及游离核苷酸的荧光双链DNA结合染料进行定量。由于该染料仅在与目标双链DNA结合时才会发射荧光，因此在聚合酶抑制剂存在的情况下，荧光读数较低。

Contraindications
- The final concentration of DMSO in the assay should not exceed 1%.

- The presence of strong acids or bases, ionic detergents and high salt should be avoided.
