C末端Src激酶（CSK）是由CSK基因编码的非受体酪氨酸激酶，在免疫细胞中发挥重要作用。当T细胞受体或B细胞受体被激活时，CSK通过衔接蛋白从细胞质被招募到质膜，并对Src家族激酶C末端的酪氨酸残基进行磷酸化，以下调其活性。CSK的作用靶点包括Src、Fyn、Yes以及淋巴细胞特异性蛋白酪氨酸激酶（LCK）。因此，CSK参与多种信号转导级联反应。
