PI3（磷酸肌醇3）激酶，即磷脂酰肌醇3激酶，是一类可分为四个亚型的蛋白质，分别为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型。Ⅰ型PI3K在被酪氨酸激酶受体和G蛋白偶联受体激活时，可将PI(4,5)P2（磷脂酰肌醇(4,5)二磷酸）转化为PI(3,4,5)P3（磷脂酰肌醇(3,4,5)三磷酸）。p120γ也被称为PIK3CG（磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸3-激酶催化亚基）、PI3Kγ或p110γ，属于ⅠB亚型。p120γ在趋化性、细胞因子释放和活性氧（ROS）生成中发挥作用，因此是先天免疫系统和适应性免疫系统中的重要分子。它与类风湿关节炎（RA）、动脉粥样硬化等炎症性疾病及其他心血管病变、红斑狼疮和癌症相关。将p120γ抑制剂与免疫检查点抑制剂联合使用，在癌症治疗中具有潜在价值。对p120γ作用机制和结构的进一步研究，将助力开发更具选择性的抑制剂，推动与该蛋白相关的炎症性疾病和癌症的治疗进展。
