L-色氨酸（L-Trp）是哺乳动物细胞蛋白质合成所必需的必需氨基酸，而L-色氨酸向犬尿氨酸（Kyn）的转化途径已被明确确立为先天免疫和适应性免疫的关键调控因子。L-色氨酸分解代谢为犬尿氨酸会通过剥夺免疫细胞的L-色氨酸，并释放具有免疫抑制功能的L-色氨酸降解产物，从而维持免疫抑制微环境。吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶（IDO1和IDO2）是该途径中的两种限速酶，在多种肿瘤中表达上调，为癌细胞提供了免疫逃逸的途径。
IDO1荧光抑制剂筛选检测试剂盒用于测定吲哚胺 2,3-双加氧酶 1（IDO1）的酶抑制活性。IDO1 荧光抑制剂筛选检测试剂盒操作简便，可在长波长下检测荧光信号，最大程度降低化合物干扰带来的潜在误差。检测过程中，将抑制剂与酶加入含 L-色氨酸（L-Trp）底物的样品中。室温孵育 1 小时后，加入荧光溶液，于 37℃ 下孵育 4 小时。通过在激发波长 400 nm 下激发反应产物，读取 510 nm 处的样品荧光强度来测定酶活性。
