Stability
Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 – 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.
Assay Conditions
Antibody was added to PD-1[Biotinylated]:PD-L1 or PD-1[Biotinylated]:PD-L2 binding assay at various concentrations. Assay was performed according to the protocol in IVDSHOW Cat. CN72005 or CN72006, respectively.
