The CD38 assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with purified recombinant CD38 enzyme (amino acids 43-end), its substrate, and CD38 assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions. This kit also contains the inhibitor apigenin as control.

- The final concentration of DMSO in the assay should not exceed 1%.
