初始T细胞的活化需要两个信号,一是T细胞受体特异性识别抗原呈递细胞(APC)表面的MHC/抗原,二是抗原呈递细胞上的B7-1(CD80)配体与T细胞表面的CD28受体结合。CD28与B7-1的相互作用是调控参与自身免疫、炎症、肿瘤识别以及免疫耐受的T细胞的重要药物靶点。
CD28:B7-1[生物素标记]抑制剂筛选检测试剂盒专为筛选和分析CD28:B7-1信号通路的抑制剂而设计。该试剂盒的核心在于利用链霉亲和素-辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)高灵敏检测生物素标记的B7-1。本检测仅需在酶标板上完成数个简单步骤:首先,将CD28包被于96孔板;随后,使B7-1与板上的CD28共孵育;最后,用链霉亲和素-HRP处理板孔,再加入HRP底物以产生化学发光信号,通过化学发光检测仪即可对其进行测定。
