PD‑1:PD‑L1[生物素标记]抑制剂筛选化学发光检测试剂盒是一种基于ELISA的检测方法，旨在测定PD‑1（程序性细胞死亡蛋白1）与PD‑L1（程序性死亡配体1）蛋白之间的结合情况，适用于抑制剂筛选和活性分析相关应用。该试剂盒配备了足量的纯化PD‑1（氨基酸25‑167）、生物素标记的PD‑L1（氨基酸19‑239）、链霉亲和素‑HRP、检测缓冲液以及检测试剂，可满足100次酶促反应的实验需求。
用PD-1蛋白包被96孔板。包被和封闭完成后，将生物素化的PD-L1加入优化的检测缓冲液中。随后，洗去未结合的生物素化PD-L1，将板与链霉亲和素-辣根过氧化物酶共同孵育。最终洗涤后，加入ELISA电化学发光底物产生化学发光信号，该信号可通过化学发光读数仪进行检测。化学发光信号的强度与PD-L1结合PD-1的效率呈正比。
