PD-1受体与PD-L1配体结合后发出的细胞信号会减弱免疫反应，且肿瘤和病毒均会利用这一机制。PD-1[生物素标记]：PD-L1 抑制剂比色筛选试剂盒专为筛选PD-1受体与PD-L1配体结合的抑制剂而设计。该试剂盒的关键在于生物素标记的PD-1与链霉亲和素-辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）的高亲和力。该检测仅需在微孔板上进行几个简单步骤。首先，将PD-L1包被在96孔板上；随后，将PD-1与板上的PD-L1共同孵育；最后，用链霉亲和素-HRP处理微孔板，再加入比色HRP底物产生颜色信号，随后可使用紫外/可见分光光度计微孔板阅读器对信号进行检测。
