Background
Cell signaling through the PD-1 receptor upon binding the PD-L1 ligand attenuates immune responses and is exploited by both tumors and viruses.
Stability
Stable at least 6 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Kit components require different storage conditions. Be sure to store each component at the proper temperature upon arrival.
Applications
This kit is most useful for screening for inhibitors of PD-L1.
