该实验采用ACE2底物，其中Mca（7-甲氧基香豆素-4-乙酸）发出的荧光会被近端的Dnp（2,4-二硝基苯基）淬灭剂淬灭。ACE2是一种羧肽酶，可切割C端肽键。因此，Mca在蛋白水解作用下脱离淬灭状态，发出激发/发射最大值为320/380纳米的荧光。荧光强度的增加与ACE2的活性成正比。

Contraindications
- The final concentration of DMSO in the assay should not exceed 1%.
