TL1A:DcR3抑制剂筛选TR-FRET检测试剂盒专为利用时间分辨荧光共振能量转移（TR-FRET）技术筛选和分析 TL1A（肿瘤坏死因子样配体 1A）与 DcR3（诱骗受体 3）相互作用的中和抗体或抑制剂而设计。该试剂盒无需耗时的洗涤步骤，采用便捷的 384 孔板形式，配备纯化的生物素化 DcR3（30-300 位氨基酸）、铕标记（Eu）TL1A（72 位氨基酸至末端）、染料标记受体以及可进行 400 次反应的检测缓冲液。
将含有铕标记的TL1A、染料标记的链霉亲和素受体、生物素化的DcR3以及一种抑制剂的样品孵育30分钟。 铕标记的TL1A与生物素化的DcR3结合，后者会结合染料标记的链霉亲和素受体。当TL1A与DcR3发生相互作用时产生邻近效应，从而生成时间分辨荧光共振能量转移（TR-FRET）信号。使用可进行TR-FRET检测的荧光读数仪测定荧光强度。所产生的信号与TL1A和DcR3的结合活性成正比。
