Applications
- Isolate or deplete CD20-expressing cells from mixed populations such as PBMCs, whole blood, or lymphoid tissue suspensions for selective enrichment or removal of B cell populations.
- CD20+ cells may be used for downstream applications such as B cell receptor sequencing, immunoglobulin gene analysis, expression assays, protein isolation, flow cytometry, or functional studies including antibody production and cytokine secretion assays.
- CD20-depleted populations (negative selection) provide enriched T cell, NK cell, and monocyte fractions for comparative studies or applications requiring B cell-free cellular environments.
