TCR α/β T细胞是表达αβ T细胞受体（TCR）的T淋巴细胞的主要亚群，它们通过识别主要组织相容性复合体（MHC）分子呈递的肽抗原，在适应性免疫中发挥核心作用。这类细胞包括CD4⁺辅助性T细胞和CD8⁺细胞毒性T细胞，分别负责协调免疫反应以及靶向感染或恶性细胞。在外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs）中，TCR αβ+ T细胞通常占淋巴细胞总数的60%至80%左右，具体比例因个体免疫状态和不同情况而异。

人TCRα/β耗竭试剂盒旨在从复杂的免疫细胞群中磁性分离表达 TCRα/β 的细胞。该试剂盒经过优化，可在室温下快速耗竭正常人外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs）中的 TCRα/β+ 细胞。操作时，先将细胞与 TCRα/β 抗体孵育，再加入 SpeediSort™ 免疫磁珠，随后将样本置于磁力架上，即可实现快速简便的分离。当样本放置在磁力架上时，TCRα/β+ 细胞会吸附在试管侧壁，而 TCRα/β- 细胞则保持悬浮状态，便于轻松分离。

Notes

This kit is provided with enough reagents and materials for depletion of TCR αβ⁺ T cells from up to 1 x 10⁸ PBMCs. It is possible to use this kit for multiple isolations from smaller PBMC amounts.
