原肌球蛋白受体激酶B（TRKB）是神经营养因子的高亲和力催化受体，属于酪氨酸激酶大家族的成员。在被脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）等特定神经营养因子激活后，TRKB会介导神经元的分化与存活。TRKB与BDNF已被证实与阿尔茨海默病及其他神经退行性疾病的病理过程和疾病进展相关。近年来，作为TRK原癌基因家族的成员，TRKB抑制剂也成为了潜在的癌症治疗研究热点。
