集落刺激因子1受体（CSF1R，也称为CSFR、CD115和M-CSF-R）是一种酪氨酸激酶跨膜受体，可被集落刺激因子1（CSF1，又称MCSF）或白介素-34（IL-34）激活，进而引发受体同源二聚化并激活其激酶活性。CSF1R在单核细胞和巨噬细胞表面表达，调控这些细胞的增殖、存活与分化。多种肿瘤细胞会过度表达细胞因子CSF1，推动肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的生成与存活，而肿瘤相关巨噬细胞又会抑制肿瘤局部的免疫反应。
CSF1R 激酶检测试剂盒采用 ADP-Glo 作为检测试剂，旨在用于筛选和表征相关应用，以测定 CSF1R 激酶的活性。
