L-色氨酸（L-Trp）是哺乳动物细胞蛋白质合成所必需的必需氨基酸，而L-色氨酸向犬尿氨酸（Kyn）的转化途径已被明确证实是固有免疫和适应性免疫的关键调控因子。L-色氨酸分解代谢为犬尿氨酸的过程，会通过剥夺免疫细胞的L-色氨酸，并释放具有免疫抑制功能的L-色氨酸降解产物，来维持免疫抑制性微环境。吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶（IDO1和IDO2）与色氨酸2,3-双加氧酶（TDO）在多种肿瘤中表达上调，这为癌细胞提供了免疫逃逸的途径。

The kit comes in a convenient format with enough reaction solution and enzyme to perform a total of 50 reactions with each enzyme (150 reactions total). Inhibitor and enzyme are added to a sample containing L-Trp substrate.
